Or skip the exercise altogether and go right for a decadent Spa treatment, hydrotherapy or customized massage. Serenity by the sea is hard to resist, but sometimes you have guests who have completely run out of get-up-and-go. In that case, all it takes is a call for us to arrange a massage in a private massage suite. A sense of inner peace is a beautiful thing.
