Helpful Hints

We recommend that you schedule services prior to arrival.
For your convenience, a 20% gratuity will be added to all services and packages.
Any cancellation without a 4 hour notice will be charged 50% of the total services.
A $25 fee will be charged for appointments that are re-scheduled within the 4 hour cancellation period.
"No Show" appointments will be charged in full.
A major credit card is required to reserve an apointment.
Guests must be 16 years or older to use the Spa and fitness facilities.
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your Spa services. Late arrivals will not have the full benefit of their scheduled appointment.
When scheduling services, please inform us if you prefer a male or female therapist.
Please let us know if you may be pregnant, as some services are not available.
For the comfort and privacy of our guests we ask that all cell phones be turned off while inside the spa.
Gift certificates must be presented upon check-in at Spa.
Gift certificates available for packages or dollar value.
All guests with spa appointments may receive complimentary valet parking.
Serenity by the sea is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
