Ready to make wellness a routine? Here’s what to know before visiting our award-winning Destin spa.

SPA ETIQUETTE

• Plan on arriving at least 30 minutes early, so you can begin your treatment totally relaxed.
• A team member will show you around, answer any questions you may have and provide you with a locker for your clothing.
• A robe, slippers and other amenities are provided for your convenience. We recommend a swimsuit for relaxing in our whirlpool. Lockers are available for your clothing, but it is recommended that you leave your valuables in your guest room as our spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• Most massages and body treatments are enjoyed without clothing, however, wear whatever is most comfortable for you. During treatments, the body is fully draped except for the areas being worked on.
• Once your treatment is complete, your therapist will escort you back to the lounge. Complimentary water, juice and fresh fruit are available. Wine by the glass is also available for purchase.
• Cell phone use is not permitted in the spa or fitness area. Leave all valuables in your guest room safe or in your vehicle. Serenity by the sea Spa and Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

AGE REQUIREMENT

Guests under 18 may receive salon services with adult supervision but are not permitted in locker/lounge areas, or to receive spa treatments.

SPA APPOINTMENTS

Reservations are recommended for all spa services. If you have a gender preference for your service provider, let us know when making your reservation. Please let us know if you may be pregnant or have a medical condition, as some services may not available. We recommend you arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment. Hilton Guests may charge spa services to their guest room account. All major credit cards are accepted. Gift Cards must be presented at time of check in.

APPOINTMENT SERVICE CHARGE

For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to all services and packages. Additional gratuities may be provided at your discretion.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS

A four-hour cancellation notice is required for individual spa services. Missed appointments will be charged to your credit card. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for half or full day packages. Group reservations are subject to contractual agreement.

GIFT CARDS

Serenity gift cards are available for purchase for any amount. Gift cards may be purchased at Serenity by the sea Spa, as well as several other locations throughout our hotel.

HEALTH AND FITNESS CENTER

Get in an invigorating workout with the latest generation of cardio and strength-training equipment or one of our fitness classes. Free weights are also available. Guests ages 16 and 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Guests 15 and younger are not permitted.
